All our publications are produced in-house with a 100% digital workflow and for that reason we do not accept films/analog material for any ad artwork. As a main rule artwork for ads should be delivered as digital files suitable for an Apple Macintosh based production. Please follow the guidelines below for all production planned for our publications:

ART WORK delivery:

  • FTP upload
    • We can offer a very fast upload connection if you choose to use ftp - our bandwidth is 2 Mbps (depending of course on the bandwidth of your own connection to the internet). We can open a closed account for you, or you may want to use our existing dump area:
    • Server: ads.in-publish.com
    • Username: ftp-ads (lower case)
    • Password: IP (UPPER case)
    • Path (in some ftp-clients) - Leave "path" empty
  • Media sent by snail mail (ordinary mail or courier)
    • CD - 700 Mb (Hybrid or Mac-format)
    • DVD - 4,7Gb (Hybrid or Mac-format)
    • 100 Mb Zip
For all delivery types:
  • For web + mail-distributed digital publications
    • GIF - Static or animated - RGB / 72dpi
    • JPEG - RGB / 72dpi
    • Flash or other video - contact us

  • For offset printed Magazine + PDF versions
    • PDF - requires 300 dpi in photo/logotypes/graphics, or:

    • Complete Quark-/InDesign-job:
      • Quark 3.11 / 3.3x / 4.x / 5.x / 6.0
      • Adobe InDesign 2.x / CS
      • All used fonts must be enclosed
      • Photos (halftone) must hold 300 dpi in 100% scaling
      • Photos RGB / CMYK for digital / printed
      • Photos should not contain layers or extra channels
      • Vector based graphics (Illustrator, Freehand m.v.) please avoid :-)
OTHER artwork may (perhaps) be suitable, but always consult our production department before transfering. Such artwork may be charged for the converting needed. Questions can be sent to ads@in-publish.com.
